The aim of InfoFinland is to produce clear, user-oriented and up-to-date information for various situations that people who have moved to Finland encounter in their everyday lives.

InfoFinland’s content is continuously maintained and developed in cooperation with a broad network. The content is planned from the perspective of people who have moved to Finland. Website visitor statistics, user surveys and feedback are taken into account in content planning. The InfoFinland editorial team monitors changes in legislation and in public services.

The InfoFinland editorial team uses content production guidelines that define content principles and tone of voice, and provide guidance on clear and accessible language.

Content production process

  • review of the translations and, if necessary, corrections by the translation agency
  • publishing the final text on the website in all language versions
